If the description of the property differs when the team arrives on site or should the client changes his/hers initial requirements, we reserve the right to amend the original quote given.



We accept the following methods of payment:

*Cash payment

*Payment via Bank transfer prior starting of the job


I. Cash payments

I. 1. Cash payment is arranged following job completion and after inspection by the client or the person on site. The payment is given directly to our cleaning team. By paying for the service you AGREE that there were NO DAMAGES and you have NO COMPLAINTS, NO ISSUES and the services are executed to your satisfaction.

I.2. If for any reasons the cash payment is not received, such is due within 3 working days after job completion. All Bank details will be given by our company.


II. Payment via Bank transfer

II.1. Payments via Bank transfer are required at least 24 hours before the service starts. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments if no proof of payment is received the day before.

II.2.Corporate customers have the right to make the Bank transfer within a period of 1 month(30 days) prior completion of the job.
